Please read these terms carefully before enrolling at MTTA

Welcome to Montessori Teacher's Training Academy (MTTA). These Terms and Conditions govern your enrollment and participation in our training programs. By enrolling in any course at MTTA, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. Admission and Enrollment

Important Notice

MTTA reserves the right to revise course fees. However, fee revisions will not apply to students already enrolled, unless explicitly communicated and agreed upon.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

3.1 Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be made in writing to the administration. The refund amount will be calculated as follows:

If MTTA cancels a course due to insufficient enrollment or other operational reasons, enrolled students will receive a full refund of all fees paid, or may be offered enrollment in the next available batch.

Students must maintain a minimum attendance of 75% in all classes to be eligible for:

Students requiring leave must submit a written application to the administration with valid reasons and supporting documents. Extended leave may result in the student being asked to join the next batch.

MTTA reserves the right to take disciplinary action including warnings, suspension, or expulsion for violations of the code of conduct. In case of expulsion, no fees will be refunded.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Course Materials

All study materials, handouts, presentations, and content provided by MTTA are the intellectual property of MTTA and/or its licensors. Students may:

8.1 FICS UK Certification

Upon successful completion of the program, students will receive FICS UK (Forum for International Certified Scholars) accredited certification, which is recognized internationally.

In case of loss or damage to the original certificate, a duplicate may be issued upon written request and payment of applicable fees.

Students are advised to maintain personal health and accident insurance. MTTA does not provide insurance coverage for students.

MTTA shall not be held responsible for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, or other force majeure events.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

11.1 Modifications

MTTA reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to enrolled students and will be effective from the date of notification.

11.2 Acceptance of Changes

Continued enrollment after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Students who do not agree with the changes may withdraw from the program subject to the refund policy then in effect.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Grievance Procedure

Students with complaints or grievances should:

  1. First attempt to resolve the matter informally with the concerned faculty or administrator
  2. If unresolved, submit a written complaint to the administration
  3. The administration will investigate and respond within 15 working days

12.2 Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.

13. Termination of Enrollment

13.1 Voluntary Withdrawal

Students may voluntarily withdraw from the program by submitting written notice to the administration. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the refund policy.

MTTA may terminate a student's enrollment for:

14. Alumni Relations

14.1 Lifetime Support

MTTA values its alumni and provides ongoing support including:

By graduating from MTTA, you consent to being contacted for alumni surveys, success story features, and invitations to institutional events.

15. General Provisions

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the student and MTTA regarding enrollment and participation in training programs.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15.3 Waiver

Failure by MTTA to enforce any provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

Acknowledgment

By enrolling at MTTA, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with enrollment.
